4/29/2023 0 Comments Walther serial numbers lookupFirst picture compares my pre-war Walther PP with the post war Manurhin. I think this was made in late 1952 or early 1953. The grip panels are gray plastic with streaks of black. I recently purchased a Walther PPK and from what I can gather online, it seems to be a late war RHSA from its markings. 21927 W (W identification mark for Walther PP) 3-digit number inside slide (scratched with a needle) Acceptance stamp: Back grip strap. Home / Firearms / Walther, PP, German, post-war Commercial, CNR Eligible, 394156, I-650. I have a Walther PP 32acp made in France. There are four distinct variations of the military Walther PP pistols, in the following serial number ranges: 165xxxP to 168xxxP – around 1,000 pistols in 7.65mm Br. Pistols are not my strong point, so I need help dating this pistol.
